If you haven't owned home for three years, you are considered first-time buyer. Do you know the nifty $8000 tax credit doesn't have to be repaid. The tax credit is available for you first-time buyer as long as you purchase a home before December 1, 2009. Questions? Feel free to ask for assistance.
