Hi, Hellokitty.
If you own a co-op, there will be no deed, as what you own is shares of stock in the corporation that owns the building. There would be a stock certificate, which you would have received with your closing materials. In the alternative, it may be with your bank. If you've bought a condo, the deed would be accessible online through the ACRIS website, which is the Automated City Register Information System. You can access it at:

You should be able to find a copy at The Office of the City Register, in Finance’s Division of Land Records. See the link attached

First of all, do you own a condo or single fam house? If you own a co-op there's really no "deed" since you've purchased shares. If you really are looking for a true deed, its nornally available on line at nyc.gov/finance under ACRIS tab (there are lots of tabs and this doesnt always stand out so you might have to hunt a little).

If you need help, I'd be happy to offer further guidance.
