Safe to say that murder, gunplay, burglary, drugs, car theft and robbery are becoming much more prevalent in the area. Foreclosures and Short Sales are not noticeably higher or lower than elsewhere but marketing time are longer and prices have, uh, 'leveled off'. Good example is a house that sold for $235,000 in 2005 is now on the market for $249,000 and has been for sale since August.
