The home values in Niceville will remain strong due to the Military presence here. These two companies do extensive demographic research, and for them to be moving forward with this development, (while closing other Home Depot store is a good sign to me. I do believe that this will create a significant amount of jobs, and jobs are what keep a community and home prices thriving. Sometimes, new construction is contagious.
