The Redhawk Association pretty much surrounds Vail Ranch. It is a little odd but an overview of the City on the city map makes it a little clearer. Sounds like you need a good Realtor! Thank you all for answering, it was helpful. We were looking earlier at a house on Avista Circle which is one street over and it was considered the Redhawk community with 120.00 Hoa. Thought that was strange.

This community is in Vail Ranch. There are 3 zip codes in Temecula. 92592 being the newer one (South Temecula). There are quite a few communities without or very low HOA fees.

Temecula has award winning schools and it is very compatible with Poway Unified and Del Mar Unified School District. Let me know if you are not working with an agent, I would love to help you answer any other questions.

Pris Lane is in the community of Vail Ranch in South Temecula. South of Temecula Parkway (79 South). There is no homeowners association here. I hope that helps.
