What are the millage rates for Ben Avon and Avalon boro? for both school taxes and Property taxes
? I am looking at a house valued at 91000. What kind of taxes am I in for?

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Barbara,
I just received the updated millage rates from the County Treasurers office for 2009. Here goes:
Avalon Boro Tax Millage is 9.01..........Northgate School District is 24.5
Ben Avon Boro Tax Millage is 5.69..........Avonworth School District is 19.3
I have also included the web reference for the Allegheny County Treasurer's Office Real Estate Website.
