Greetings Again:

Regarding your question on pets, that is also specific to each community, and they will normally have pet size restrictions written in their rules/by-laws.

Single Family homes normally do not carry maintenance fees, unless they are a part of a community; conversely, condominiums, co-ops, villas and townhouses will normally assess monthly or quarterly fees.

Each community has specific charges, and the amounts vary. The determining factors for the fee assessed include the following:

* Amenities such as tennis courts, swimming pools, work-out rooms, etc
* Expenses included in fee such as water, cable, insurance, etc

For specific information on East Fort Lauderdale and Imperial Point communities or for any other information, please contact me at your convenience. I hope this information was helpful.

There are no mandatory home owner associaiton fees in Imperial Point. Any pet isze is allowable with home ownership while condos and townhomes will have retrictions where that is concerned. Imperial Point is a nice safe Ft. Lauderdale neighborhood located jus west of US! near 62 st. If you's like more information concerning this or others neighborhoods here in south Fla, froma realtor that's lived here since the 1070's. kindly contact me.

The Imperial Point neighborhood does not have a mandatory Homeowner's Association and all homes allow pets. If you are looking more at a condo or townhouse, then there may be Association fees. I live and work in the area. If I can answer any other questions for you, please contact me.
