There is no actual price for a square foot.
You should look in craigslist at other units that are similar to yours and try to advertise yours with that price.
Normally 2+2 in studio city(not remodeled): $1800-$2000
If you have a really Nice unit with more than 1600 square feet 2+2: approximately $2500
1 bedroom: $1000-$1800 depend on the area and the condition of the property.
