Help the community by answering this question:

Bixby has an awesome school system. I have two vacant lots listed in The Enclave at Harvard Pond sub-division that has ponds, neighborhood pool and playground area. The owner of these lots is offering a build and decorating incentive. Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

I have lived in Bixby for the last 4 years, and have sold Real Estate for 6 years. I chose Bixby due to the smaller school aspect that I like, and as well as the increasing property values. Bixby has a good feel to it, but is so close to the larger parts of Tulsa, that it makes it feel as if they are connected.

I would be glad to help you learn more about bixby. i think is their website. if you cannot find it, refer to my website below.

I'm suprised that no one from Bixby area answered. If you're not familiar with that are there is so much to do. You can check out the "report cards" for Oklahoma Schools on the department of education's website.

Also check out the chamber of commerce for Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks and the surrounding area. it really depends on what is important to you for the location you choose and what specific information you'd like to have about an area. find an agent in Bixby or Jenks (nearby) to get you some more info.

Since real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods, consider additional online research and do take the time and visit the area(s) in person, and more than once if at all possible, then go from there.
