Wanting to buy a house for longterm rentals. What is the best area in Clermont or the best schools where there are houses beside the catchment area?

Hello,
South Lakeshore Drive is a very good area, with great schools. Pillar Homes currently has 1500 sq ft living homes for $154,900. Great rental properties in a great community. We also have lots in Leesburg and scattered throughout Lake County. Let me know if i can help.
