I am the purchaser of this home and the sale price is incorrect. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is also incorrect. It has 4 bedrooms, plus an office and 2 and one half bathrooms. The final sale price was just under $156460. Makes you wonder where this information was obtained...

I fyou are referring to a link, it didn't come through with your questions. You can either post a reply here with the address or contact one of us to assist you.

Depending where you are looking at the info, some sites round the numbers and it doesn't show all the details. Also, getting the information from a Realtor would guarantee the accuracy since we can tell if any closing costs or other concessions were paid by the seller etc... which would affect the true final sales price and help you make a better decision.
