Richard –

I am not too sure what your question is, but it sounds like a great home.

Belcaro is a really good location, and one of the “hottest 'hoods in town”, according to 5280 Magazine – Where to Live in Denver Now.

If you are looking to sell, or would just like to find out the value of your home, please feel free to contact me directly.

Richard,

I am not sure what the question is. It shounds like this would be the ideal home to own for you or your older brother. If there ever is ever a time you want to sell the home you should have no problem. It is the type of home that priced right should go quickly depending on the area of town and other factors that may be involved. Let me know more details and I would be glad to help.
