The market analysis is useful. Can I get the last year's market analyses?

Brian a market analysis gives you a snapshot of what todays value is. If you are looking for value say 1 year ago, it is only limited to what sold a year ago, there would not be any current listings to use on that section of it. But i or any agent can look back and get past sales that will assist you. I hope this helps
