Krystal,

The answer is yes there is a good renters market here in Mount Dora, however in reading your question I get the feeling that you and your family are going to want to occupy the home during certain weeks of the year.
If that is correct then, the potential rental market diminishes quite a lot. Most homes in the Mount Dora area are either leased for the winter months, or on a yearly basis.

Hope this helps answer your question, and if I can be of further assistance my contact information is listed below.

Sincerely,

Good Morning. My office is in downtown Mount Dora and we also do rentals. Lots of people are looking for rental- monthly and for 3 to 4 month (mostly for the winter).

Do you know about our town?

Have many links for you to look at.

Mont Dora s very nice town with lots of winter visitors. There are many charming older homes and and small town feel to the community.
