I prefer to buy, but would consider rental. For example I suspect the row of garages I saw on S. Watt Street (below Tasker) are being rented out. I wonder who owns them?
Also, I'd like to easily walk to the garage/spot from 12th & Tasker, so my rough boundaries would be: East of Broad St, West of 10th St, North of Mifflin St, South of Wharton St.
Dp2, I'm not an "investor" per se. Parking's tight in Philly, and my neighbors get upset when I take up a street space when I'm out of town for 2 months!
