When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhood, so, you should check out demographics on your own to assure your comfort level can be reached.

These are issues you can research for yourself. Go to http://www.zipskinny.com and put in the zip code. The website will give you demographics for the area in question.

No one in this forum will have an answer for you in the matter of nationality as:

1. It has no relevant purpose in home values or any effect on our opinion for finding out clients homes.

2. There is an obvious red flag for discrimination (see link below)

3. To all real estate professionals, everyone is green on the outside and pink on the inside. lol...therefore we cannot make a determination of what you mean since everyone is green! hehe :)
