The question was RESIDENTS not residences...
Best bet would be to check the real estate transactions posted for that zip code in the paper - you can also perhaps link to the cole directory and compare documents to check for new names...

Probably the best way to get a daily, weekly or monthly email is to have an agent set up a search in the MLS. That way the information is "live" and up to date.
