If you are looking for the best pet friendly beach in Florida come on over to Jupiter where we love our dogs and want them to also enjoy the sand and surf. There are so many reasons why I strongly feel that Jupiter offers the best quality of life in South Florida and having one of the few remaining dog friendly beaches in the state is just one small part of the equation. We have two Golden Retrievers and a jack Russell and they would not live anywhere else.
Remember when taking your friends to the beach to have an umbrella so they can have a little shade as they too sunburn. Bring plenty of fresh water and remember that running on sand can be strenuous so watch them closely. Watch for sea lice and jellyfish and always rinse them well as salt water is damaging to their skin and fur. Here is Jupiter just use the fresh water rinse stations at the top of the stairs.
