According to the Lee County Property Appraiser site there is a tax bill of $4438 open on this property. It would be best to get a quote for insurance from a local agency. The property was remediated from suspicion of defective or Chinese drywall. Here is the current listing information.

Hi Karen,

The best websites for information on properties in Lee county are http://www.leepa.org and http://www.leeclerk.org They will give you information on the homes size, taxes, year built and many other details. As far as insurance goes, the quotes vary widely, so it's good have at least 3 quotes. Generally speaking newer homes are less to insure than older one's. The Allstate office in Fort Myers could give you a good quote, Coppin agency at 239-489-2442. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to view the home.

Have a great day,

Hi Karen,
http://www.Leepa.org can give you property taxes that were paid for that home last year and previous years. There are several insurance agencies as stated below that will give you a fairly quick insurance quote. I have a list of few that my clients recommend. A nice benefit about Catalina Isles is that lawn and maintenance are included in their HOA fees. Please call me at 239-989-7077.

The property appraiser's website can give you an approximate estimate on taxes. For insurance quotes, it would be best to contact a few insurance agencies.

Where is your agent in all of this?
