No agent will advise you on the safety of any neighborhood. The best way to find out this information is
to investigate the area yourself. You obviously have a preconceived idea about the area or you would not
be asking the question. I live close by and would be glad to work with you in finding a property if you need
La Mesa, CA
You will be hard pressed to find a real estate professional that will tell you that an area is safe or not safe, due to liability, steering, etc. My best advice to you is to drive by the area that you are interested at varied times of the day and night throughout the week to try to get a feel for if it "safe" to you. If you would like to go on a home tour or have any other questions regarding financing, etc., feel free to contact me directly and I would be happy to assist you.
Take Care & Good Luck,
