I'm interested in moving to a small town, very friendly, lots of social functions and country living, is Cadiz like this??

FIRST ANSWER

I don't know about social functions but I would describe Cadiz as a lake community. I showed some lake properties outside Cadiz last week and drove through downtown. It is a small, clean town with lots of style a few miles from Barkley Lake State Park.
