I live in this house that is being put up for sale. Its a very nice house and its always warm. The view is beautiful and its quiet. There is a
good hill for sledding in the winter and there is a beautiful lake front. You can also see fireworks being lit off during the fourth of july. There is a storage place where you can store your boat or snowmobiles. It used to be a horse barn before we moved in. When the pond freezes over you can snowmobile or four wheel across it and you will be at the boat landing. There is a lot of animals and a pretty flowers. At night time if you look up you will be able to see many many stars. Once I saw the northern lights. It was amazing. I hope you come look at this house. I loved it here and I know you will love it also.
Jessica, I am sure you love it. I know someone else will, too, but this is really not a sales or marketing vehicle for individuals. Try Craigslist, search the internet for other places to post homes for sale by owner, or, if you have an agent, discuss appropriate marketing with your representative. An agent will use MLS resources and that goes all over our state and even into national markets. You can try some of the shopping news types of advertising and, of course, your local newspapers. Some newspapers in the state have reciprocal agreements to cut across the state with zipcode advertising. I have a friend who lived in Northome for years and know somepeople who live there or near there and all say you have some of the most picture-perfect views in the state! Good luck.
