into the vacant house and start vandalizing it. What should be do? We don't know anything about the owners as it is behind our yard and we never became acquainted with them. I am not sure of the status of the home-forclosure or bank owned etc. We just want to let the owner know that two doors are opened and a window. Very easy for vandals to enter.

CALL THE POLICE!, THEY WILL INVESTIGATE AND NOTIFY THE OWNER/S. YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE VANDALISM BEHIND YOUR HOME, THE POLICE CAN'T HELP IF YOU WON'T HELP. WHAT IF THE VANDALS CAUSE A FIRE? COULD IT SPREAD TO YOUR HOME OR A NEIGHBORS HOME?, WHAT IF DRUG ADDICTS USE THE HOME A BASE TO USE DRUGS AND LAUNCH THEIR BURGLARY SPREES FROM?, YOUR HOUSE WILL BE EASY TO OBSERVE FROM THE REAR, AND BECOME A TARGET. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO CALL THE POLICE!

If you provide us with the address, we can look up the county records on who owns it. It is probably bank owned. So, we could contact the bank, and let them know what is happening. You could also call the police, and let them know that the house is being vandalized.
