Are the street safe for the kids to play outside and is there a opportunity to have neighbourhood firends. I am looking for a community life!! Does trafford has a community enviornment

This question is about Trafford Elementary School: http://www.trulia.com/schools/PA-Trafford/Trafford_Elementar
I live in trafford and see kids outside all the time. We don't have kids, but the street we live on is quiet and family oriented. I guess it really depends on the street, drive around and make sure its a safe area, some of the busier streets in trafford i would not advise raising kids on, for example, 7th Street is a main road and cars tend to drive kind of fast.
Hello Farukh,
As the previous response stated, Realtors are not permitted by law to answer these types of questions. In addition to contacting the police department, you may also want to consider taking a walk around the neighborhood and talking with some of the other homeowners, stopping at the community center, or visiting one of the local churches to gather information. You can usually get some good insights from people that actually live and work in the community.
In the area where work, Realtors are not allowed to advise buyers about the safety of a town or a neighborhood. The reason is simple: what we might consider safe could be different than what you feel is safe. When this comes up with our buyers, we always recommend that they contact the Police Department in the town they are considering buying in. Most people do this and are glad that they did so. We would suggest that you do the same to you.
