Within a one mile radius of both Dadeland Mall and Kenwood Elementary, you have the zipcodes 33156, 33143 and 33176. However, it is much better for you to get a realtor to just search an area close to the school for you than it is for you to search by zipcode. I say this because I live in Gables By the Sea and my zipcode is also 33156, but I am south east of the Mall. Give me a call and I will help you find some places in the area that works for you.
