There are currently 5 multi-family properties in the 19111 & 19152 zip codes listed at or under $100,000. 2 are foreclosures, 1 is a short sale, 1 is an estate and 1 is a traditional re-sale. If you provide me with your contact info I would be happy to send you additional information. There are also more options to select from if you expand your serach into the 19135 or 19136 zip code or are willing to look slightly higher in price and possibly negotiate the price down. I would be happy to assist in any way that I can.

The simple answer is, no, it is not possible.A property at that price in Castor Gardens will need work and does not exist in foxchase.
You may contact me and we can discuss your options.
