As with any neighborhood, it will depend on the size and location of the home. Pick a Realtor of your choice and give him or her your criteria and price range and get started. It really is that simple.

GOOD LUCK.

It ranges from 700-1200 just depends on the size and condition of the home.

You will need to use one of the professional realtor on here to evaluate how is the most rental rental comps and take it from there.

I have been working in the N Oak Cliff area and I would more than happy to hire.

Please email me with picture of the property and address so I can look into it. My email is dixondfw@gmail.com

Thanks
