Sue,
This is a bit of a complicated question as you can tell by the other responses!
There are three defined neighbothoods in Heritage Harbour at the present time. They are Stoneybrook, River Strand, and Lighthouse Cove.
The CDD fee depends on the type of home, what neighborhood within Heritage Harbour that home is located and is even determined by the lot size within that particular neighborhood.
The HOA fees are also determined by the neighborhood and the amenities that are offered.
Multi family and maintenance free homes will carry a third HOA or Condo fee.
Confused yet? It is pretty simple to understand once you have a home or neighborhood in mind.
We bought the first home in Heritage Harbour, love everything about the community, and plan to be here for a long time! If you would like more specific information about the fees or would like to know more about what is currently available please feel free to contact us directly.

Hello Sue,
The HOA fees and CDD fees in Heritage Harbour vary by the section (single family, villa, condos). Also, the HOA fees will vary depending on what each section covers: yard maintenance, exterior building care, community amenities, etc... So, if you could identify a particular section or even property I would be happy to assist you in determining the specific fees.
