Sue, Do yourself a favor. Run as fast as you can. These clowns are not there to help you but they are there to make your life miserable. HOA first came about to keep neighbors from working on there cars and parking motor homes in there grass or anything thats an eyesore. Now HOA fees is a legalize scam. they can fine you as little as $1000 for having a dirty mailbox or not changing your mulch on time. and guess what if you dont like it too bad they can legally foreclose on your house even if you still owe money to the bank. It is the BIGGEST SCAM ever created. Dont do it.......

This is a bit of a complicated question as you can tell by the other responses!
There are three defined neighbothoods in Heritage Harbour at the present time. They are Stoneybrook, River Strand, and Lighthouse Cove.
The CDD fee depends on the type of home, what neighborhood within Heritage Harbour that home is located and is even determined by the lot size within that particular neighborhood.
The HOA fees are also determined by the neighborhood and the amenities that are offered.
Multi family and maintenance free homes will carry a third HOA or Condo fee.
Confused yet? It is pretty simple to understand once you have a home or neighborhood in mind.

As mentioned the fees vary based on home type. They are also starting to offer "social" memberships with home purchases, which would not include golf so fees would be lower. You would have access to all the other amenities, pool, fitness, clubhouse, etc. This is for homes in RiverStrand. But as mentioned there is also opportunity in Stoneybrook and Lighthouse Cove.

They vary depending on the type of property.

Hello Sue,
The HOA fees and CDD fees in Heritage Harbour vary by the section (single family, villa, condos). Also, the HOA fees will vary depending on what each section covers: yard maintenance, exterior building care, community amenities, etc... So, if you could identify a particular section or even property I would be happy to assist you in determining the specific fees.
