You would probably like this neighborhood. Give me a call @727-564-2488 or contact me on http://www.facebook.com/gavinmagrath.

I am not going into detail on here but there are many reasons that I would support you looking in this particular area. You must enjoy diverse architecture.

Thx

Great information in Listingbook, or on my website (below): http://www.RealWorldProperties.listingbook.com

Glenwood is the area in Clearwater East of Highland, North of Drew St. and South of Palmetto in the vicinity of Hobart Lake.
There are currently 10 homes listed active in this area, ranging from $110K-395k, two pending sales, and two sales in the past six months--one for $76,000 and one for $120,000.
This indicates an over-average inventory of homes with a ratio of 5:1 (listings to sales).

My advice to by buyers is to get a hands-on feel for the area--a drive-through will generally tell you what you really want to know about a neighborhood and whether it's right for you.

Anything else can be found in the crime stats, etc. which you can find on my website!
