Hi, Marie -

If you have a home in Boynton Beach (zip code 33435), you can get acces to the beach by crossing at Woolbright (more to the south) or Ocean Avenue (more to the north). For those whose homes are as far west in Boynton Beach as route 441 (State Road 7), you're looking at 25-30 minutes drive from west to east, but parking is usually available if you have a town permit. If your Boynton Beach home is more to the south end of Boynton, you can cross at Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach and find yourself at the beach.

While your question does not detail a specific property it is generally the area of Boynton Beach along the intracoastal from Hypoloxo to Gulf Stream but the borders are not lineal. To get to the beach you will had ego cross the intracoastal at Woolbright or Ocean.

Not sure what type of property you are looking for or what your geographic constraints are but your easiest beach access in Palm Beach County will be in the Jupiter/Juno Beach area, Delray Beach or on one of the barrier islands. There are currently some tremendous opportunities in the Jupiter beachside area so if that location may work certainly worthy of consideration as you will not find better direct beach access anywhere at a reasonable price.

I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Hello Marie,

The zip code 33435 is quite close to the beach, there are waterfront communities on the Intracoastal that are just 5-10 minutes to the beach walking or biking. I will be able to best help you if you can give me an idea of where the home is or what you are looking for so I can search for you on target and get you exactly what you are looking for in your new florida home.

Hi Marie! From your zip code you could definitely bike to the beach no matter where you are, or, you can walk as well although from some locations it could take as much as 45 minutes to get to a beach access. While much of the property opposite Boynton Beach belongs to the town of Ocean Ridge and is privately owned there are public accesses directly off of Woolbright Road (but no parking), one in between Woolbright and Boynton Beach Blvd and of course, the very lovely public beach that belongs to Boynton Beach. As a resident you are able to get a sticker for your car that allows you use of the parking and beach facilities, there are public restrooms, a boardwalk and a small concession stand. Have fun and welcome to south Florida, where the vacation never ends!
