How do i find real estate comps in my neighborhood in Steuben County? In my old county, Maricopa AZ they
were on the county website. Does Steuben have a county website? Thanks!

FIRST ANSWER
You could go to one of the local real estate brokerage web sites and see what listings are going for in the area you are looking at. Also the Realtor web site for that area is http://www.elmira-corningrealtors.com, and that will give you comps for the Steuben area. You could also ask a realtor for the information!
