Hi Andrea

Taxes are public records.

You can go down to the townships Municipal Building and request in person tax records on any home.
You can access them through your agent.
You can access them through the web:

http://oprs.co.monmouth.nj.us/oprs/taxboard/HeadFrame.aspx?idx=mod

Be careful in trying to determine your taxes from your neighbors. There could and will be differences even if you have the exact house.

If I can be of further assistance, Please fell free to reach out. I would be happy to assist you.

Andrea, Taxes are public information so you have a few ways to find out the information. You can ask a realtor to help you. We have access to the tax records at our fingertips. As long as you have a street name or even a particular address we can find that for you. Keep in mind that even though you think that another home is the same as yours, it might have features that you don't realize. You might have a finished basement and your neighbor doesn't. Or they might have a pool and you don't. Extra bedrooms and baths also add to your taxes, as well as fences.
You could also go down to the county clerks office and research it. They will not tell you over the phone.
There are also websites that can help. You can go on the Asbury Park Press website and look as well.

I would be happy to help you do a comparison. Give me a call so we can discuss it.

Almost all information can be found on the internet. I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area and we have all the Real Property information listed on the county website. I would recommend that you Google the county that you live in and see if they have that information posted. You may have to look up several different addresses but will work. If you have a Realtor you know they can also look up that information in the MLS and e-mail it to you but it has to be the MLS in your area.
