Officially a Real Estate Deontology does not allow me from steering, otherwise I'll lose my license. As a professional Real Estate Agent, the best thing I can do or I can tell you is the features that a specific neighborhood offer to the public. For instance, Schools, Parks, Train Stations, Malls, etc... But If you want further information about a specific area in the city, I believe that you should contact a local police station or you can visit/revisit the neighborhood in different times including days and nights to see in black and white the interaction within the community. You can also personally search online, there are tans of websites out there that give different statistics about the neighborhoods. If you need further information feel free to call or to e-mail me. Below is my contact information.

Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods; therefore, for any safety concerns, contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area, do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. For school information see link below... http://www.greatschools.org
