This home has been listed since 6/30/2008 starting at $459,900, Haveq. It is one of sixteen active listings in the development. The first agent reduced it to $449,000 on 10/31 and then to $429,000 on 2/27/09 before withdrawing it on 3/13. After that, the next agent listed it at exactly the same price, $429K on 3/16/2009, even though it had not sold at that price point previously. May 28 saw a price drop to $426K, then to $415K on 7/9 and finally to $405K on 8/13. Some real estate folks refer to this as "chasing the market' but it may be that the sellers are not very motivated to move it, trying to retain their equity and are simply testing the waters, hoping one of these casts reels in a big one. I wish them Good Luck, as always.

Dear Have Questions:

From what I recall this is a beautiful home in great condition. The only thing this home suffers from in my opinion is being priced at the top of the market for Peachtree Station. If I can be of further help let me know,
