Hi Susie,
There was a website setup for this very question. Here is the link: http://tsarp.org. You can use this site to see if a property has flooded. I plugged in the address you are asking about in their interactive map, and the answer is no.

Grogans Point is a fantastic area. One of the most desirable in The Woodlands. Let me know if I can help some more!

We are looking at a lot at 118 Angel Leaf Road and were wondering if any homes in this area (say about one mile around this lot) flooded during Allison.

It really depends on the exact location as 77380 is rather large. If you have an address of street name that would help. I know the main subdivision that had the most flooding in 77380 was Timber Ridge.
