It depends on the area of Wynnefield. If you're around 52nd-59th don't go South of Gainor Road, preferably Wynnefield Avenue. Closer to Belmont Ave and the "Wynnefield Heights" area is extremely safe. I've lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and have no desire to leave.

Thanks Yaeisha i trying to decide if i want to move to Overbrook or Wynnefield or Southwest Eastwick I'Nm leaning towards Wynnefield I currently live in South Philly grew up here and have lived in North Philly and stayed around Chester Ave and University Ave both use to be nice areas but
not today so thanks

There are federal, state, and sometimes, local laws that protect fair housing for all. Those laws, at a federal level, apply to every one of us. I do tell buyers to pick up the phone and call the local police dept. Ask them where the police blotter reports are published. . I also direct buyers to visit websites and review data there.
Good Luck in your search and don't be afraid to reach out to the township(s) of any town you are interested in moving to.
