Does anyone know if the Laguna Lakes neighborhood in Fort Myers, Florida has a CDD fee or just HOAs?

Hello,

An offer of mine on a house in Laguna Lakes in Ft Myers, FL has just been accepted, and I have worked everything out as for mortgage payment but I am not sure whether or not there is a CDD fee for the surrounding community. If anyone is familiar with the area and knows if there are CDD fees on top of the HOA's, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

You can visit the Lee County tax Collector's website and view the actual Laguna Lakes CDD charge for the house that you are buying: http://www.leetc.com/ You can find it under tax payment detail after you search for the property.

Here is a resource to view all the active listings at Laguna Lakes: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/laguna-lakes.php

Good luck with your purchase!
