These are in the 1,500 to 1,900 sq. ft. size and were all constructed in 1990-1991. One of them is described as a Rutenberg construction which is one of the area's premier builders.

There is a $580 HOA fee paid quarterly that covers lawn, cable, and the community clubhouse.
