New Friarsgate is not a bad place its family oriented and has its own recreational for the kids and its own tennis courts. It is quiet and is surrounded by award winning schools. I think is a great area to live if you are interested I can send you more information as well as some interesting properties. Give me a call and I will love to help you.

What are you basing your opinion on? You don't even live in SC.

We have been here for 14 years. The biggest reason we are selling is that we need a bigger home. Our youngest is a teen now and we have simply outgrown the house. The elementary school HE Corley has been chosen to be a magnet school beginning Fall 2013. It is conveniently located to I-26 and Columbiana Mall. Its a great starter neighborhood for first timers and young families.
