Do you know what is going to be built next to the Lowe's Food Supermarket located on the Renaissance Center?
There's a huge land that has been cleared next to the supermarket on the east side. I called the owner early on 2008 and he mentioned he was going to sell it to do a shopping center or another community of homes however it is still there. I don't see any builder's sign.

Hey Chris...I am not sure about the vacant land but the old movie theater near the Lowes has been bought by a California developer who wants to convert it into an arts center with retail shops and restaurants.
