Disabled on SSDI w/1 fixed cat in need of apartment 19104 area Fall 2013

Asked by waddayathnk, Philadelphia, PA Sun Feb 17, 2013

Hi and hoping for real help. I am single, over 50, don't drink or smoke, live with 1 cat, he is my ESA (can get doctor's letter if necessary). Looking for low income disabled/senior(?) housing - the kind where landlord takes percentage of SSDI/SS Check as full rent w/utilites (phone, if I wanted internet or cable would be on me I understand that), needed around fall 2013 - (I'm trying to get things set up cause I've been told it can take awhile) - before AVI hits next year and home I'm rooming in homeowner is seriously considering selling - gets me out of their hair if they do sell and puts me a bit at ease having a clean safe permanent home. Would like a 1 bedroom, do not need wheelchair, I can walk. Thank you
