Considering moving to Lexington Ave in Dayton, can anyone tell me anything about that area?

NO WAY. Try Walnut Hills. Much better neighborhood, very reasonable in price. Trust me, you do NOT want to live on, in, or near Lexington.

Its one of the rougher sides of town. Not sure of statistics but it's a high crime and drug area.

Why wouldn't you move there?

I grew up in Dayton, OH and I would not move there myself. Hope this helps.

The best advice I can give you is to contact the Dayton Police and see what their statistics say and make your assessment from that info
