The $25,000 Homestead Exemption on your primary home is applied to your new home
everywhere in Fla.When you sell a primary home, the exemption on that property is applied to the new owners. Additional exemptions are available to widows & disabled owners if they apply for them.
I hope this helps you with "homestead" questions.

If that is your primary residencial property in Florida you can apply for homestead exception with the county appraisal department.

Your Homestead exemption will be transferable to any home you purchase and claim as primary residence in Florida. There are a lot of benefits to establishing Homestead.
