Palma Sola Trace is also a subdivision that has different areas with different fees. There are carriage homes (units upstairs, units downsairs - toward the Southeastern portion of the subdivision), there are villas (two units sharing a common wall in the middle - toward the Southwestern portion) and the single family homes toward the North. You will pay more for your fees in the carriage homes and villas, since they include the maintenance of the common areas. There are very nice amenities for the entire subdivision as well.
