There are many factors to consider to, but a good rule to follow is 1 acre per horse. You can do less per horse, but you may need to feed more hay and grain. Good luck

If by "this location" you mean Manor, TX.
than it all depends if the property is a subdivision with deed restrictions that restricts Farm animals or not.
If it is in the county, more than likely the answer would be yes.
