Hi Mudassra,

I grew up around that neighborhood and used to play there as a kid. It really hasn't changed much. If you're worried about the level of crime in the area, you should probably check out and view the neighborhood. Generally speaking, the mornings and evenings are fine, no matter where you live though, it's advisable to pay attention to your surroundings

I supposed you are really asking if you can return home safely after going for a walk in the morning or evening.
I would check with the local police, talk with the neighbors, and then follow the "safety in numbers" rule for a couple of times until I felt like I could wing it alone.

Not sure your question is understood--you can go for a walk whenever you wish--if you have safety concerns, contact/call the local police department and ask all your questions.
