Any opinion on how Hurley Ave in Wyckoff rates against the rest of wyckoff? Is it a good neighborhood?

FIRST ANSWER
The section close to the Environmental Center is perfectly fine and quite sought after. As I indicated in my answer to your other question most of the talk about one section of Wyckoff being better than another is purely "snob" talk. Unless you discount James Way and a couple of other streets that run alongside Rte 208 there are simply no "bad" areas of the town.
