Hi,
We do have a friend, who is a commercial real estate agent, that lives in Positano Place.
If you would like us to find out the "inside scoop", just give us a call or e-mail us.

If you are looking for a really inexpensive condo than you can bet you may have some association issues. You gotta take the good with the bad in these situations. The market has allowed for some incredible opportunities but it also may mean you have to pay higher association fees for the time being.

Granteddie,
What are you planning on doing with the property? If you are going to purchase it for a long toime hold you should be alright, the values are starting to come back a little. I would tend to lean towards a more stable community, there might be some HOA issues with the short sales and foreclosures popping up in the community. Give me a call so we can talk in more depth.
Thanks,
