I think the bank off-marketed a foreclosed home it had listed for sale and instead leased the property. How can they and can anyone make an offer?
The short answer is yes. Once they foreclose, it becomes the bank's property and they can do whatever they want to do. If you have the address, I can look it up for you. ~Curtis
