Not at all - it just depends on your price range and other deisred factors. Bucks County has several walkable areas in the boroughs (Doylestown, Newtown, etc) and excellent schools. In Montgomery county, Pplaces like Jenkintown and other boroughs also have walkable towns and great schools.
